If there are no changes in the layout, you will receive a Budget/ Quotation of the site Designing and Execution. Then if both parties agree on the budget we collect a small token from you and start with 3D process, Of which all the updates will be continuosly sent on a Whatsapp Group to you.

Pay 50% to start the Execution.

Once you are done with your Design & Quote, pay 50% of finalized quote to let us start on the very next day.

Finalize Your Selections

Pick out your favourite materials for finishings with last touches.

Actual Colours/ Laminates/ Lights

3Ds are there to help us with the selection process but we can't be completely dependent on those because of non availability and discontinuation of materials.

Samples

We show you actual finishes from catalogues/ folders and samples and with help of our professional interior designers team you select and finalise the actual material/ finishes.

Work Has Begun

As half way of your work is done.

Pay 25% After you see all the furniture structure is Done

This will for the left out required materials and labour.

Cleaning And Minor Fittings

The last day of the project with cleaning and minor hardwares, fittings.

Pay 20% before painting starts

As the projected is completed accordingly left with minor works like fitting your accessories, wall frames, etc., pay the rest 5% after quality check and move into your Happy dream Home.
